Returns and exchanges begin with a request, not an unannounced shipment. Contact us within 30 days after delivery and wait for authorization before sending goods by mail. Identify the order reference, checkout email and reason for the return; include product and packaging photos or video for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete deliveries.
We accept both defective and non-defective returns. The latter covers a change of mind, personal preference or wrong product selection. We also address damage, faults, an incorrect shipment, missing accessories and goods substantially inconsistent with their description. Merchandise must be new, unused and kept in original condition with original packaging, tags and supplied accessories.
Your package contains a free return label, and we impose no restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to actual inventory. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 10 days and credited through the original payment method.
